In addition to practicing employment law, Richard Freiman has worked in the entertainment industry as a network television writer/producer, television executive, and studio executive so he is well positioned to represent employees that work in the entertainment industry. Richard Freiman also taught entertainment law at Loyola Marymount University and Columbia College Hollywood. Richard is a member of the California State Bar; the State Bar of New York; and the Writers Guild of America, West. Richard Freiman also practices personal injury law.
Lawrence W. Freiman, Esq. graduated from the University of California, Berkeley where he was awarded the Alumni Leadership Scholarship. Mr. Freiman then graduated from Southwestern University School of Law where he was a member of the Journal of Law and Trade in the Americas. Lawrence is licensed in both California and Nevada. He has worked as both a Plaintiff's attorney and defense attorney and has focused on civil litigation for 10 years. Past representative clients include Farmers Insurance, Picerne Construction, Signature Homes, Fry’s Electronics, and The Equity Group. Lawrence is a member of the of the State Bar of California, State Bar of Nevada, Supreme Court of California, Supreme Court of Nevada, all United States District Courts in California and Nevada and and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Michael Freiman received his college degree from University of California, Berkeley, and his law degree from University of Southern California Gould School of Law. During law school, Michael Freiman extremed from the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, National Labor Relations Board, Federal Trade Commission, and a U.S. District Court Judge. Before Michael Freiman started exclusively representing employees, Michael Freiman worked for a large, national employment law defense firm where he represented large corporations and their insurance companies in defense of employment lawsuits. As a result, Michael Freiman brings regulatory, judicial, defense, and plaintiff perspectives to his work. Michael Freiman utilizes this diverse employment law experience to obtain excellent results for his clients through winning jury trials and obtaining favorable settlements.
